How to stop anger ?

Calm down the race in 5 steps:


Step 1. Find a place where you feel physically safe. If you want, imagine additional details (eg you are in the woods / in the desert etc).



Step 2. Relax your muscles with a shrug. Close your eyes and imagine that you are "growing your roots".



Step 3. Begin to breathe deeply into the diaphragm (as you can). Breathe in your mouth counting to 5. Stop for 5 seconds. Slowly exhale with your nose for 5 seconds. Repeat three times.
